We’re an adult co-ed league in Surrey, bringing players together across a variety of exciting sports including dodgeball, volleyball, kin-ball, handball, soccer, and basketball.
Whether you’re looking to stay active, meet new people, or just try something new each season, our league is all about good vibes, teamwork, and community. No matter your skill level, there’s always a place for you on the court, field, or court (again!).

Each season, teams rotate through a mix of sports like dodgeball, volleyball, kin-ball, handball, soccer, and basketball — keeping things fresh and exciting every week.
Games are played in Surrey, and everything is set up for you — just show up, play, and have fun.
You can join with friends as a team or sign up solo and we’ll match you with other awesome players.
No intense tryouts, no pressure — just good energy, friendly competition, and a great way to stay active.
Surrey Multi-Sport League Season 2
Format: Coed (Indoor – Monday)
When: April 20/26 – June 15/26 (8 weeks total)
Where: LA Matheson Secondary, Cambridge, Bothwell, and Forsyth Elementary School.
Time: 7:00PM – 8:30PM, 8:00PM – 9:30PM, or 8:30PM – 10:00PM (Teams will be scheduled for either time-slot each week. Time requests will be accommodated as best as possible)
Playoff Dates: June 8 (Playoffs) and June 15 (Playoffs)
No Games: Monday, May 18 (Victoria Day)
Cost: $545/Team | $75/Individual

Tentative Multi-Sport Season 3 (outdoor)
June 11 – July 30 (8 weeks – Thursday)
Aug 6 and Aug 13 (possible make up weeks if it rains)
Kickball, Flag football, Sand Volleyball, Capture the flag, Ultimate, and Soccer.
